Ludovic Audoin
CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR AND ADVISORY BOARD LEADER
Ludo has over 16 years of operational oil and gas industry experience. He has spent 6 years at Senergy (now part of Lloyds Register). Prior to Senergy he was a drilling manager at Wintershall and Perenco. Ludo has engineered and managed deepwater, HPHT, MPD, offshore and onshore drilling operations across the world in some of the most difficult operational environments. Ludo graduated in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the Arts et Métiers-ParisTech university in Paris, and holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the IFP school (French Petroleum Institute).

Ray has over 35 years of national security and corporate risk reduction experience. Following his retirement as a senior executive within a "Five Eyes" intelligence agency, Ray established his consultancy, I-Sec Integrated Strategies (ISECIS). For seven years, ISECIS and its partners have delivered cutting-edge business solutions for clients through the application of intelligence “best practices” prioritizing critical risk identification and mitigation tradecraft from his tenure in national security. A core element of this consulting practice is the reduction of exposure to ever intensifying threats affecting legal, financial or reputational risks in a globalized world. Most relevant to his private practice with clients in sectors ranging from technology and insurance, to passenger transportation and retail, has been cyber and “insider threats”. Essential to Ray’s deep security practitioner approach is the early identification of “all hazard” risk types, along with the delivery of acute yet accessible risk reduction strategies and tactics.
Robert Carvell
PRINCIPAL SURVEYOR - ENERGY
Robert has over 40 years of experience worldwide in the oil and gas upstream industry. He has held various leadership and consulting positions at Reading & Bates, Transocean, Frontier Drilling and Pacific Drilling. In his previous roles, he was responsible to manage operational risks, HSE, corporate security and emergency response at upper management levels for some of the largest Offshore Drilling Contractors. He is also a well control prevention and blowout operations support specialist. In the insurance world, Robert has assisted leading Insurance Brokers and Underwriters to manage complex claims, incident investigations and provide technical expertise. He has 40 years of firefighting experience and is a State of Texas certified professional firefighter, Level II Fire & Rescue instructor and past Emergency Medical Technician.
Jonathan Gillespie
CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR
Jonathan has broad experience as an executive and director across multiple industries including at Google. Jonathan has extensive experience in setting up businesses, coordinating the development of their branding, developing commercial models and designing marketing programs. Jonathan has provided key leadership support to SIS since its inception. Jonathan holds an MSc in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
